Responsibilities
·Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and fulfill online customer orders.
·Shipping & Receiving: Assist with all aspects of shipping and receiving freight, ensuring smooth flow of product.
·Product Checking & Inventory:
Check in incoming products for accuracy and quality.
Weigh and count products for inventory tracking.
Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
Ensure all products are correctly labeled and stored.
·Operational Support: Perform general warehouse cleaning and organization duties to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
·Forklift Expertise: 12+ months of recent, verifiable experience operating a forklift.
·Warehouse Experience: 6+ months of general warehouse experience in a fast-paced setting.
·Comfort in Cold: Ability to comfortably and safely work in cooler and freezer environments (approx. 50% of the time).

What You'll Do...
Inventory Control
Facilitate communication with procurement when an inventory purchase is needed; own communication requirements between Inventory team, Production and Purchasing
Cycle Counts - coordinate, document & execute per schedule
Research history for all inventory adjustments after they are transactions (outside of normal cycle counts e.g., negative inventory list)
Scrap - complete red tags, confirm PN's, stage for disposition/monthly meetings
Provide guidance to material handling team members in support of Inventory Managements directives
Ensure materials are in the appropriate bin locations and audit frequently

Operations Support
Assist both the production and materials team with pulling and putting away of materials

You will need to inspect product load for accuracy and safely transport it around the warehouse or facility using a forklift to ensure timely and complete delivery. Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles. Load and unload warehouse racking safely. Verify and receive inventory utilizing a computerized MRP system.
* Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Must be able to accurately type on a computer keyboard and read a tape measure.
* Employee will pick parts for production, look up locations on the CRT and complete transfers within the system.
* Must be able to operate or willing to obtain a forklift and hand pallet jack license.

JOB SUMMARY
Process customer samples ensuring protocols are followed for receipt and handling. Properly notify customers of issues related to samples submitted for testing.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, prepare, and set-up samples for analysis
Enter data, choose analyses, log and approve samples using a LIMS database on a Windows computer workstation
Process and maintain client samples at correct temperatures
