Classifying received materials by comparing the physical items against the supplier's shipping documents.
Identifying shipping discrepancies, such as short shipments, over shipments, missing shipping documents, or missing technical documentation.
Prioritizing materials based on urgency (e.g., AOG, WSP, Normal) to ensure timely delivery to their final destination.
Notifying the MIA supervisor of any missing or damaged shipments, taking photos, and documenting incidents for reporting purposes to the Mexico team.
Ensuring that all materials received during the day are shipped on the next available flight to their final destination.
Acting as a hand carrier for AOG shipments requiring special handling, including the pick-up and personal delivery of materials within the U.S. and to Mexico as needed.

Summary:
The position is a detail-oriented and organized Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to manage the flow of incoming and outgoing trucks, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment. This role involves operating a stand-up forklift, using handheld scanners for inventory tracking, and processing shipments through the FedEx system, and fulfilling production line requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Parts Runner you will stage parts and equipment at the company warehouse and deliver to job sites.
Other Required Tasks
Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager
Load and unload parts and equipment.
Drive a 16' box truck and operate a lift gate and pallet jack.
Organize parts and equipment and securely tie-down for safe transportation.
Check and verify orders to confirm items, quantity, and condition.
