Schedule, track, and monitor inbound/outbound shipments; coordinate with carriers and vendors to meet deadlines. Prepare export documents, shipping manifests, and dangerous goods paperwork; validate SDS for chemical shipments. Apply trade -compliance and environmental handling practices for hazardous materials; follow DOT/IATA/IMDG guidance as applicable. Arrange cost -efficient routing while meeting customer requirements. Required Qualifications 1-4 years related warehouse/shipping/receiving experience. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs independently; handle heavier cartons with approved equipment. Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts; forklifts if certified). Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; basic ERP data entry.
