What You'll Do
Accurately pick, pack, and label orders using warehouse systems or handheld devices
Receive, sort, and stage incoming materials and shipments

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.Accurately process and document all incoming and outgoing parts and accessories shipments.Safely load and unload delivery vehicles using necessary equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.Organize and store parts and accessories in designated areas, ensuring items are properly labeled and easily accessible.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts warehouse.Coordinate with the Parts Counter team and Service Department to ensure timely parts delivery and efficient inventory management.Prepare and package parts for shipment, including accurate labeling and proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.Conduct routine inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock levels are accurate and properly maintained.Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues to the Parts Manager.Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain efficient operations and excellent customer service.Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding shipping and warehouse operations.Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, preferably in the automotive industry.Ability to lift and carry heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs.).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and maintaining inventory.Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Forklift certification is a plus (but not required).Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or order fulfillment role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs independently
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Forklift certification and hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners or warehouse systems
Ensure proper placement and organization of materials in designated storage locations
Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes by providing accurate data
Assist with general warehouse housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform sorting, labeling, staging, and stacking of products as required
