OBJECTIVES:
As directed by the supervisor and/or group leader, perform functions to fulfill orders for shipment to customers. This may include but is not limited to customer service support, replenishment, cycle counting, picking, packing, and manifesting. Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work to have most up to date build information in company database
Review and identify correct BOM template
Update/Correct BOMs as appropriate
Coordinate with Production and Purchasing Supervisor for review and disposition of existing BOM templates
Provide support as needed in the stockroom with parcel shipments and deliveries - including checking in, and putting inventory in correct location
Assist with annual stockroom inventory under the direction of management
Work with Continuous Improvement and Engineering to follow jobs from floor to completion to help ensure BOMs are correct and/or most up to date.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must know how to read a print/drawing and measuring tools.
Must be able to accurately count numbers and perform basic math for inventory
Previous experience working in a Fabrication, Manufacturing, Stockroom or Parts Department
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be able to read and understand Work Orders, and assembly production flow
Must be able to maintain a professional manner while interacting with other co-workers, management, customers and vendors
Must be able to efficiently work through problems to find a resolution
Must be Computer proficient
Willing and able to work overtime as needed
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Fabricated Parts Inventory Knowledge highly preferred
Previous experience with inventory preferred
Working Conditions
Majority of work is performed in a shop and outside
Must be able to work while exposed to bright lights, extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, gas and/or other fumes
Must be able to work overtime as needed
The job is performed under extreme temperature variations and some hazardous conditions.
Must be able to safely operate equipment at heights up to and exceeding 100 feet.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading shipments
Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing on ladders and platforms of heights above 42”, significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling throughout a 10-hour day, and up to 50 hours per week
Must be able to safely operate carts, forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment of such nature
Ability to walk and stand on concrete and/or uneven surfaces for at least 10 hours per day

OBJECTIVES:
As directed by the supervisor and/or group leader, perform functions to fulfill orders for shipment to customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work area cleaning - Clean assigned work area on a daily basis including sweeping, dusting, trash/box disposal, general straightening, etc.
Error Review- as necessary, perform review and correction of unfulfilled orders having discrepancies to record and assign any errors.
Perform daily work assignments including, but not limited to, order fulfillment and proper maintenance of inventory in Lynchburg. Follow all security, safety, and quality standards.
Must maintain successful work relationships with Quality, Inventory Control, and Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Six months of distribution or warehouse experience and basic PC knowledge.
Familiar with RF Technology and forklift experience a plus.

* Loads product on the trailer using a packing list to verify that all parts are accounted for
* Places parts on the trailer in a safe hauling manner in accordance with manufacturing procedures to ensure the product does not get damaged during shipment
