DriveSavers is looking for an exceptionally detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our world-renowned data recovery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, logistics-heavy environment where precision, speed, and care are essential. With 50-100 inbound FedEx deliveries daily and an equal number of outbound shipments, this role is vital to our operation-ensuring that customer devices are received, processed, and returned with the highest level of accuracy and professionalism. As the first and last physical touchpoint for our customers' devices, the shipping and receiving team plays a key role in our ability to help people recover memories and critical data they thought was lost forever. Primary Responsibilities Receive and process 50-100 incoming packages per day, ensuring accurate intake and timely handoff to appropriate departments. Prepare outbound shipments, coordinating with FedEx and other carriers to ensure on-time delivery and proper packaging standards for sensitive devices. Fulfill outgoing materials such as marketing mailers, promotional materials, and partner shipments with care and consistency. Perform detailed data entry and tracking for every device and shipment; 100% accuracy is expected. Organize and manage incoming and outgoing job bins, labeling, and routing devices efficiently. Support administrative tasks that directly impact shipping operations, inventory, and internal workflows. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked shipping and receiving area. Assist other departments with shipping needs and special packaging requests as required. Other duties may be assigned based on company needs. Required Skills and Experience 2-4 years of relevant shipping/receiving, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse experience. Prior experience in a high-volume shipping environment (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, or tech repair) strongly preferred. Outstanding attention to detail - precision matters when handling our customers' most important digital belongings. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping tools and procedures. Comfortable using computer systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and package management. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Shipping, Receiving & Delivery Associate plays a key role in supporting plant operations through accurate shipping, receiving, and transportation of materials, components, and finished goods. This position ensures materials flow efficiently between suppliers, production areas, and customers, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse and driving company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups. Key Responsibilities: Shipping & Receiving: Receive incoming raw materials, parts, and supplies; verify quantities and quality against purchase orders. Accurately prepare outgoing shipments of finished products, ensuring correct labeling, documentation, and carrier coordination. Work closely with production and purchasing teams to prioritize shipments and maintain material flow. Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or cranes as required. Inspect materials for damage or defects and report discrepancies promptly. Warehouse & Material Handling: Organize and stage raw materials and components for production use. Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP or inventory management system. Perform cycle counts, stock rotation, and help manage inventory levels. Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA and company safety standards. Driving & Delivery: Operate company vehicles to deliver finished goods to customers or transport raw materials between manufacturing and warehouse locations. Pick up supplies and equipment from local vendors as needed. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues. Ensure on-time deliveries and provide excellent customer service at all delivery sites. Work Environment: Primarily based in a manufacturing plant and warehouse environment. Regular exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and temperature variations. Combination of warehouse and driving duties; may include overtime or weekend work based on production schedules. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or delivery roles within a manufacturing environment preferred. Valid driver's license with clean driving record; CDL (Class B or higher) a plus. Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate material handling equipment safely. Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., Job Boss) preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

The Stockroom Clerk is responsible for providing support to the Purchasing department by assisting in organizing and maintaining stockroom materials and supplies, by issuing materials to the production department, along with supporting the inventory control procedures. This is a GRAVEYARD position.9:30PM-6:00AM KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide materials/supplies according travelers/requisition form. Issue MRO and Stock Consumables. MRO and Stock Consumable inventory control. Replenish supplies. Maintain safety and security of all materials, tools, supplies, etc. in stockroom. Receive and inspect incoming materials/supplies and distribute/stock accordingly. Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory levels. Enter/update inventory on purchasing software (ProCim) and/or excel spreadsheet. Perform daily clerical functions: filing, copying, data entry etc. Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Interact professionally and diplomatically with managers, co-workers, and vendors. May be required to operate a forklift as needed. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS - KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS- EXPERIENCE: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
