Maintain cycle count data results and follows the Cycle Count schedule to ensure 100% inventory cycle counts are completed annually. Responsible for the effective and timely completion of shipping functions. Prepare shipments for picking and staging. Maintain an adequate supply of shipping materials including boxes, packing materials, and labels. Prepare packing lists to be placed on the last pallet of the outbound load. Assist in verifying that outgoing orders and shipments picked are complete and correct. Prepare BOLs for delivery personnel. Identify, track, and resolve shipping errors, problems, or delays. Ensure that shipping and receiving functions are completed in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and standards. Follow safety and quality standards. Meet deadlines. Establish and maintain good communication, coordination and working relations with Company personnel and with management. Coordinate with operations team and warehouse personnel to ensure proper product storage and labeling. Complete documents, reports, and records accurately and timely. Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns. Identifies problems and provides suggestions. Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned. Ensure that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained. Complete special projects as assigned.
