Verify that the correct item is received by checking all supporting paperwork to the purchase order and ensure item is free from damage. Receive all merchandise into the Event Management System software and determine if MCCNO asset and/or property tags are required. Receive packages for incoming shows/clients that have not contracted a decorator and release those packages to the assigned Event Manager. Assist with maintaining departmental stock levels. Assist in the transportation of MCCNO personnel, clients and documents as authorized by the Supervisor to ensure proper customer service for our clients as well as in-house staff. Assist in the yearly shredding of company documents to ensure the proper disposal of confidential or accumulated records no longer needed by the company.
