The Receiving Specialist plays a critical role in the manufacturing supply chain by ensuring that all incoming materials and products are accurately received, inspected, and documented. This position is for swing shift strating between 1-2 PM.
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage according to company standards.
Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure correct quantities and specifications.
Document and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Maintain accurate records of all received materials using inventory management systems and manual logs.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to properly store received goods and update inventory status.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during the receiving process.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, procurement, and production teams to facilitate timely receipt of materials.
Assist in periodic inventory audits and support continuous improvement initiatives related to receiving operations.

We are currently in search of a Shipping and Receiving Associate (Stager) to join our solid team at our Shipping & Receiving facility in Windsor.
Position Summary:
The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, dedicated, thrives in a fast past environment and has an appetite for growth. This role is responsible for staging duties that may include, receipt of materials, preparing and staging items to be shipped, organizing in-coming product, stocking product, picking/pulling product and allocating to orders efficiently and effectively. The ability to perform this role offers the opportunity for further growth.
Responsibilities:
• Organizing incoming product from factory to warehouse inventory
• Accurately assembling customer orders from either stock product or custom product
• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipment
• Complete finished orders and forward to consolidation area, manifestor or UPS station as appropriate
• Accurately complete all posting to CRM Software as required
• Consistently and accurately completing required paperwork and computer entry for completed orders
• Completing daily work demands in an organized and energetic manner
• Assisting other team members with their work load as time allows
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Preferred
• 0-1 year experience
• Basic computer literacy
• Valid California Driver License

As the first and last physical touchpoint for our customers' devices, the shipping and receiving team plays a key role in our ability to help people recover memories and critical data they thought was lost forever.
Primary Responsibilities
Receive and process 50-100 incoming packages per day, ensuring accurate intake and timely handoff to appropriate departments.
Prepare outbound shipments, coordinating with FedEx and other carriers to ensure on-time delivery and proper packaging standards for sensitive devices.
Fulfill outgoing materials such as marketing mailers, promotional materials, and partner shipments with care and consistency.
Perform detailed data entry and tracking for every device and shipment; 100% accuracy is expected.
Organize and manage incoming and outgoing job bins, labeling, and routing devices efficiently.
Support administrative tasks that directly impact shipping operations, inventory, and internal workflows.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked shipping and receiving area.
Assist other departments with shipping needs and special packaging requests as required.
Other duties may be assigned based on company needs.
Required Skills and Experience
2-4 years of relevant shipping/receiving, logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse experience.
Prior experience in a high-volume shipping environment (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, or tech repair) strongly preferred.
Outstanding attention to detail - precision matters when handling our customers' most important digital belongings.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping tools and procedures.
Comfortable using computer systems for data entry, inventory tracking, and package management.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
