Shipping, Warranty & Transfer Coordination Package and ship outgoing inventory, ensuring protective handling and accurate documentation. Coordinate shipment of warranty repairs and manufacturer service requests. Process incoming and outgoing firearm transfers, following all legal procedures. Assist with special orders, vendor returns, and inter-store transfers. Operational Support & Team Contribution Maintain S&R workstation cleanliness, organization, and efficient workspace layout. Support the Sales and Customer Service team during high-volume periods when required. Contribute towards sales targets. Answer phones and assist in-person customer inquiries. Promote teamwork and communication across departments. Safety & Workplace Standards Maintain consistent application of safety procedures when handling firearms and heavy items.
