Responsibilities
Responsible for pulling orders based on pick ticket to accurately build orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
Build orders according to assigned load tickets using industrial power equipment.
Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards.
Responsible for meeting productivity requirements.
Stage completed pallets in designated areas.
Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 6 months of general work experience.
Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.

This distribution associate performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Receive goods, verify items against the record of shipment and inspect condition.
Gather, verify and pack items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used.
Record received and shipped items according to established procedures.
Route materials, supplies and equipment to inspection or stock areas.
Complete written and computerized documentation.

What We Are Looking For
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience. Prefer forklift certification.
Knows typical shipping and receiving procedures and can handle some exceptions. Requires basic reading, writing and numerical ability. Valid driver's license with good driving record may be required. Able to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift. Effective verbal communication skills. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $ 17.31-$22.71 per hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Lead Warehouse Technician
The Lead, Warehouse Technician is responsible for processing orders and preparing items for shipment and receiving incoming inventory. In addition, the Lead, Warehouse Technician is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting returned equipment, cleaning room maintenance, stocking and staging inventory, and inventory maintenance. Assists the supervisor or manager in pulling and loading equipment for delivery, in addition to assembly of equipment when necessary Maintaining confidentiality and all other aspects of HIPAA compliance are essential in this job. Employees in this position may be assigned responsibilities as listed below and will be required to complete other operational projects or tasks as needed. A Lead, Warehouse Technician demonstrates advanced or expert knowledge, skills, and abilities as a Warehouse Technician.
Job Duties:
* Performs data entry in appropriate applications, updates shipping information, and tracks orders.
* Completes clerical tasks including faxing, scanning, filing, and general phone calls.
* Prepares shipping containers in advance and creates labels.
* Reviews itemized customer lists; locates and assembles outgoing merchandise to fulfill requests.
* Verifies contents of outgoing packages against invoices or bills of lading.
* Receives and opens merchandise shipments, processes packing slips or invoices, and safely stores items.
* Documents returned items and cleans equipment.
* Retains knowledge of and consistently adheres to procedures for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), infection control, and hazardous materials handling.
* Routinely cleans warehouse area pursuant to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); discards waste material daily and maintains facility.
* Assists in the stocking, tracking, and replenishment of inventory.
* Collects and delivers packages to the shipping area.
* Communicates actual and potential stock shortages or outages to the Warehouse Manager in a timely manner to assure adequate inventory level.
* Assumes on-call responsibilities during non-business hours in accordance with company policy.
* Monitors expiration dates to assure supplies are returned or re-inventoried per company guidelines.
* Leads special projects or assignments and delegates responsibilities to others.
* Mentors other within the department.
* Trains new employees.
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Job Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalency
* Three (3) years of experience in construction, general manual labor, military and equipment repair, or maintenance

Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitors and maintains inventory stock to prevent shortages and overstocking while establishing backups source for high-demand items.
Analyzes inventory reports, order patterns, and turnover rates to manage recurring deliveries, adjust purchasing, and set stock levels based on usage trends.
Develop inventory reduction strategies for excess and slow-moving stock.
Collaborates with sales and purchasing teams to optimize inventory and forecast demand, adjusting strategies based on trends.
Manages the inventory system, facilitating upgrades under the Purchasing or Supply Chain Manager's direction.
Provides inventory reports to the Purchasing Manager and participates in continuous quality improvement.
Handles inventory requests through the purchasing inbox.
Develops and maintains good working relationships with sales, branch management, and purchasing teams to enhance inventory management.
Performs additional duties as needed.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There may be some flexibility in the department for these hours to shift to start earlier or later depending on business needs. Full-time, 40 hours per week required. Hybrid work model available after fully trained (4 days in office, 1 day remote). Occasional Travel Requirement - Up to 10% travel to branches, conferences and other operating companies requiring some overnight stay.

Requirements
