Flexible hours, work at your own pace and schedule, pay
Standards are too high and based on customers that expect things that you can’t control to be controlled like if a store is out of stock of something; fairness in giving time to get ratings to expectations
Offers benefits and the pay is great
Personally don’t know who the ceo is or who created Shipt so no comment on this
Allowing a way that their workers can improve ratings without dismissing or deactivation of your account when all other ratings are up and customers love you
No interview
It’s excellent and allows for very high tips that you collect 100% of as you should
Diversity is included
I loved working for Shipt-everything about it except I was deactivated for something that is out of my control.
The culture among the Experience co-workers is awesome, mainly because we are all stressed and burnt out together.
The attendance policy for the Experience Team is flawed and has led to the loss of dozens of top employees. Very low pay for a high-stress position. Management does not seem to recognize or care about the burn out the entire department is feeling. Multiple times a day, you will be literally screamed at by angry customers/contractors via phone for issues completely out of your control.
Health insurance is very good. Other than that, prepare to have nothing left in your bank account after you pay rent and student loans.
Nice people, friendly environment and beautiful building to work in.
The call center environment and working on weekends/late at night.
Free Macbook and free food.
I make my own schedule being a Contractor.
Things out of my control like the weather when traveling.
Traveling and seeing fresh faces.
Meeting new people and creating your own schedule
Temporarily
Bonuses and promotions
