The candidate provides technical assistance and feedback on infection control policies and procedures to facilities and other stakeholders related to quality assurance for COVID-19 prevention and control programs. The candidate prepares response letters with review findings and recommendations. The candidate may be asked to use published literature and data for interpreting results and develop guidance and policy. Travel for outbreak investigations is expected. The candidate shall maintain expertise in public health surveillance, outbreak and containment response according to CSTE and CDC standards.
