What You Will Do

What You Will Do
Provides clinical supervision to staff including assigning, monitoring and evaluating cases for clinical team(s). Conducts regularly scheduled team meetings. Provides back-up coverage for program leadership as required.

Maintains case records in accordance with program policies/procedures, as well as VNS Health, city, and state standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitors the program budget and is knowledgeable of all financial aspects of the program, including, but not limited to, reimbursement and purchasing.
Ensures volume and productivity meet program standards and operations.
Oversees compliance of quality and performance indicators, and supervises staff to achieve goals. Performs internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and takes corrective action, as necessary to address deficiencies.

Maintain, organize, and file all daily GFRC production paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Track and store testing documents, inspection records, and quality forms generated during production activities.
Prepare, update, and maintain QC documentation to support internal and external audits.
Keep all product and material certifications current and filed in accordance with company and industry requirements.
Maintain calibration schedules for QC equipment, ensuring timely calibration and proper documentation.
Support audit preparation and participate in inspection audits conducted multiple times per year.
Assist the Director of Quality Control and QC team with administrative tasks, document creation, and data entry.
Ensure that QC files-digital and physical-are secure, well-organized, and aligned with company standards.
Support communication and documentation requests from other departments as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within fabrication, manufacturing, or construction a “plus”.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or QA tracking software a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary Range: $48,000-$55,000

We are seeking a Level 4 Senior Staff RF Engineer with a strong systems engineering focus to lead the architecture, analysis, and optimization of advanced RF systems for radar and communication applications. This role will require the ability to derive complete RF system budgets, assess and manage key performance parameters such as phase noise, CPCR (Clutter Power to Carrier Ratio), CA (Coherent Ambiguity), and more, while collaborating across engineering disciplines to ensure system performance exceeds mission requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and develop RF system architectures for radar and advanced sensing applications.
Derive and maintain RF link/system budgets including gain, noise figure, dynamic range, and spurious performance.
Model and predict phase noise, CPCR, CA, spurious suppression, and related RF performance metrics.
Conduct trade studies and system optimization to balance performance, cost, and schedule.
Guide the integration of Tx/Rx modules, LO generation/distribution, filters, and beamforming subsystems into complete radar systems.
Work closely with hardware, firmware, DSP, and mechanical teams to ensure full system-level alignment.
Perform root cause analysis of system performance issues and recommend design changes.
Generate and maintain high-quality documentation for requirements, budgets, analysis reports, and verification plans.
Provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level RF engineers.

Skills and Experience:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
10+ years of experience in RF system design and analysis, preferably for radar or high-performance comms.
Deep understanding of RF/microwave theory including gain, noise, non-linear effects, spurious content, and spectral purity.
Demonstrated experience deriving and validating system-level RF budgets.
Proficiency in simulation tools such as Keysight ADS, MATLAB, HFSS, CST, or similar.
Experience with phase noise analysis, CPCR, CA, dynamic range, and link margin calculations.
Familiarity with radar system concepts including waveforms, pulse compression, and Doppler processing.
Strong skills with RF measurement equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, phase noise analyzers, power meters).
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in phased-array architectures and beamforming.
Knowledge of military/aerospace standards and environmental testing.
Strong communication skills for customer and internal design reviews.
