Summary: Shoals Technologies, a global renewable energy organization, is hiring a Sr. Buyer - BESS to perform daily planning and purchasing activities for components and electronics, negotiating pricing and maintaining acceptable levels of inventory of all our BESS product components. Minimum of 2 years' experience with Switchgear, controlgear, switchboard, power distribution panel or related technical area Minimum 5 years of experience in production or construction scheduling Proven experience as a production scheduler or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve production-related issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices. Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
