This vital role supports children and adolescents with diverse mental health and developmental diagnoses across acute and residential units. The BCBA will lead behavior assessment and intervention efforts, working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and therapists to provide holistic, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for children with a range of behavioral and psychiatric challenges. Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Provide direct behavioral therapy, consultative services, and detailed assessment reports.
