GENERAL PURPOSE\: The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. The Associate makes eye contact, smiles, and greets all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treats fellow Associates with respect, efficiently follows all company best practice standards as outlined in all work centers, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. The Forest is seeking additional staff to join our dynamic team in Springfield. This is a part-time position that requires evening, weekend, and some holiday availability. Position Summary: The dispensary professional is responsible for guiding patients through the process of selecting the appropriate medicine for their needs and by providing education of medical cannabis products. The dispensary professional is responsible for one-on-one interaction with patients from the time they walk in the store to the time they leave with their purchase and will provide excellent customer service while making the patient feel empowered and confident in their decision. Under general supervision, Retail Associates provide guidance and education to each customer regarding their individual marijuana needs.
