Timothy Boyle (born 1949) is an American billionaire, and the president and CEO of Columbia Sportswear.

Mr. Baxter was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Delta Galil Premium Brands, a group of specialty retail apparel brands. Prior to that, he spent 26 years with Macy’s, Inc. and the former May Department Stores in various roles, most recently as Macy’s Chief Merchandising Officer.

Mr. Brickman has served on the Board of Directors since September 2012 and is the Corporation’s President and Chief Executive Officer, a role he has held since February 2015. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Brickman was a Principal in McKinsey & Company’s Dallas, Texas office and a leader in the firm’s consumer packaged goods and operations practices. Before joining McKinsey, Mr. Brickman was President and CEO of Whitlock Packaging, the largest non-carbonated beverage co-packing company in the United States, from 1998 to 2001. From 1994 to 1998, he was with Guinness/United Distillers, initially as Vice President of Strategic Planning for the Americas region and then as General Manager for Guinness Brewing Worldwide’s Latin America region. Mr. Brickman was awarded an advanced bachelor’s degree in economics in 1986 from Occidental College in Los Angeles where he graduated with honors, Phi Beta Kappa and cum laude.
