Carlos Alberini currently serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lucky Brand. Mr. Alberini previously served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Restoration Hardware Holdings, Inc. from June 2010 through January 2014. Mr. Alberini served as RH’s Chief Executive Officer from October 2012 to July 2013. Mr. Alberini has served as a Director of RH since June 2010. Robert Greenberg has served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since October 1993. From 1979 to 1992, Mr. Greenberg was the Chairman of the Board and President of L.A. Gear, Inc. (“L.A. Gear”), an athletic and casual footwear and apparel company.

James M. Speltz is the owner of James Retail Advisory, a provider of strategic and operational consulting services to various clients in the retail, e-commerce, restaurant, and wholesale industries. Previously, he served Brookstone, holding various leadership roles such as president, chief executive officer, vice president, chief operating officer, vice president of supply chain and business development, operational vice president of inventory management and planning, and director of merchandise planning and analysis.
