Pros of working at Shoe Sensation

I get to see alot of local people i know in a small town .

Cons of working at Shoe Sensation

They preach conversion only to manipulate the system.The pay is embarrassing, and management is very untrained and over all unprofessional. The store is filthy. And the employees never zone, nor clean. Most don't greet customers nor tell them the specials going on. The company never asks nor sends appropriate shoes for the individual store. The company core values are very poor in employee relations. There is no official training on cash registers, deposits paperwork. The area reps are rude to employees. And the list could go on

Some type of formal training. Over all area rep relationships Sell sell sell conversion conversion conversion. But they don't take in effect that one employee enters the door 3 times a day minimum to open the store daily nor the fed ex to pick up orders . Which counts against thier bogus conversion.
