Shoedazzle currently has over 750,000 members, a fraction of the 13 million that was reported in August 2012.
The strife of 2012 taught the team that "you always have to innovate," says Trevisan. "Having gone through last year and the tough changes made us look inside and say, 'What's the next chapter?' "
The big change was moving ShoeDazzle back to the program it launched with, and the trajectory of the business since the acquisition in 2013 has been tremendous.
