The people and the culture focuses on personal integrity and honesty. Fair pay from a company that truly values its people.
The only con that I can speak too is that smaller companies tend not to have as many resources in the technology of construction, but even if adoption must be more conservative change is carefully p[lanned.
Many companies speak to a "Work Life Balance", but Shook shows it. Family first.
