ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Foreman also ensures that all technicians complete Daily Hazard Analysis. · Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. Complete the project per the approved scope of work or specification and after issuance by the Supervisor. · Using a designated company-mandated reporting tool, the Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure the quality of workmanship and address any punch list items before leaving the job site. These items will include updates on work performed, materials consumed (T&M projects), and supplies purchased. · Ensure all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. · Responsible for ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensuring quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. · Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500. · Submit all proposals of over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before submitting them to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep. · Monitor and manage the Field Reps. Consult with the Supervisor to take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee work-related issues and necessary documentation. Work with the Supervisor to elevate the issues to HR as required. · Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules. · Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team. · Attending all appropriate calls, meetings, and trainings. · Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager. Know how to properly perform and execute spring and fall cleanups, proper pruning, etc. Your job title is not an excuse to only use the mower all day. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as when they were received. * Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. * Operates all tools and equipment safely. Qualifications: * CDL Recommended * Prior experience as a technician * Basic knowledge of Heavy truck electronic components, theory, systems, and testing tools procedures. * Skill in diagnosing and repairing all key heavy truck systems and components. * Knowledge of the proper procedures for using tools and equipment. * Knowledge of proper procedures for handling hazardous materials. * Ability to read and interpret R/Os * Basic writing skills(to record work performed and recommended future service requirements on R/Os)
