The Performance Shop Foreman is responsible for supervising, planning, scheduling, performing, and directing all Technicians, Crew Chiefs, and Fabricators. They will evaluate the repairs and service on all Monster Trucks. Maintain all trailers, tools, and all other equipment needed to perform essential job functions. Support all race teams as they need to maintain fleet trucks when they are in shop and touring.

Essential Job FunctionsSupervises the development and implementation of routine maintenance schedules for assigned Monster Jam Trucks and Transport Vehicles.Maintains work records and files.Assigns duties to fleet shop workers.Reviews work completed to ensure it is up to quality standards.Enforces all health and safety policies in the shop.Ensures that all deadlines are met.Assists employees in on-site health or safety emergencies.Inspects and cleans shop equipment.Operates shop machinery such as forklifts or manufacturing equipment.Ensures that shop area is clean, organized, and free of dangerous or hazardous material.Provide continuous direction, support, feedback, and coaching to direct reports and staff to ensure consistency and compliance to company standards throughout the fleet shops. Develop direct reports by communicating performance expectations and preparing/conducting timely performance appraisals.Provide employee conflict resolution in a positive, effective manner. Follow company guidelines for discipline/terminations. Responsible for following and administering the rules, regulations and guidelines set forth by “Feld Entertainment, Inc.” best practices as they pertain to the Monster Jam and Fleet Shops.Continually seek to improve the operational efficiency of the Fleet Shops. Accepts other relevant duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required. Warehouse, factory, or shop experience required.At least 3 years in a supervisory role in a mechanical or body shop. Must have basic knowledge of Monster Jam Brand. Possesses detailed knowledge of shop industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Excellent time management; must possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Superior customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure with a heightened sense of urgency.Ability prioritize duties for effective and successful events. Availability to work extended hours, holidays and weekends dependent upon business demands. Must be dedicated, reliable, and punctual. Always demonstrate positive and professional behavior towards clients and co-workers. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be a team player.

Essential Functions:

* Operate necessary equipment to bale and load waste material into trailers.
* Perform inspection and maintenance checks of equipment daily.
* Maintain daily record of number of bales produced for shipping.
* Grease/lubricate equipment, check and add fluids to equipment daily
* Operator will steer, guide and or drive the above listed equipment at the assigned site, if the equipment is used at the particular site(s) using steering wheel, shifters, levers, buttons and pedals.
* Operator will substitute for another operator if someone is absent from the work crew or as needed/required.
* Operator will clean trash from tracks of heavy equipment by pulling and or cutting material away from tracks and gear mechanisms at least once daily or more if needed.
* Operator will use a two-way radio to communicate with co-workers in the field and or office regarding work activities, requirements and priorities for the work day.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Conform in all respects with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, ordinances and other orders and to all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors.
* Maintain appearance of the grounds and facility.
* Attend safety and branch meetings.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management.

Job Requirements:

Machines, Tools and Equipment:

* Operate excavator, forklift/bobcat, front-loader, baler, backhoe, track hoe, bull dozer, compactor and/or steer equipment, safety shoes and eye protection.

Education, Training, Experience and Licensing/Certification Requirements:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) desired, but not required.
* Completion of forklift certification.
* Ability to obtain Transfer Station / Landfill Operations Certification if needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and work under little supervision.
* Apply commonsense understanding to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in a standardized setting
* Ability to perform the four basic functions of math and to be able to read and understand the meaning of equipment gauges.
* Must have the ability to read, speak, understand and write the English language.
* An operator normally requires from 6 months to a year to be able to master the skills to operate efficiently the various kinds of equipment required in this industry.

The Automotive Shop Manager is responsible to develop business through insurance adjusters, customers and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume, provide a reasonable department operating profit and maintain customer satisfaction, while controlling expenses.

· The Automotive Shop Manager directs the activities of Automotive Shop employees in performing body repairs, meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:

· Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.

· Assisting (not training) technician mechanics in performing technical activities.

· Diagnoses and repairs to specifications - brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.

· Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals which may include employees and customers on an as-required basis.

· Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.

· Understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect Automotive Shop operations such as hazardous waste disposal, right-to-know and environmental updates.

· Attend managers meetings.

· Strive for team-work with other departments.

· Provides technical assistance to mechanical shop department employees.

· Monitors automotive shop department employees' payroll records.

· Coordinates a prompt, efficient, and timely flow of paperwork.

· Monitors daily reports such as DOE, DOC, and sales productivity.

· Develops sales promotions.

· Takes advantage of all manufacturers' inventory co-op advertising.

· Develops, enforces, and monitors guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

· Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.

· Ensures that all department purchases are properly accounted for before payment is made.

· Assists in the collection of past-due accounts

· Enforce safety requirements.

· Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all mechanical shop staff
