This role primarily involves stripping beads from wires in a segregated area off the main factory floor, along with assisting in other manufacturing areas such as the airfoil braze department. This is a physically demanding and repetitive position that requires strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company. Key Responsibilities: Strip beads from wires in a back-room setting. Assist with moving parts to the airfoil braze station after unloading from heaters. Maintain safety standards, including the use of steel-toe shoes and company-provided safety equipment.
