Your Responsibilities:
Prepare/breakdown inbound shipment for accuracy validation
Assembles materials, products per specifications
Fills kitting requisitions and orders accurately
Packs, crates, and prepares orders for shipping
Perform general warehouse housekeeping including sweeping, mopping, emptying trash containers, etc.
Follow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performance of job duties
Receives, unpacks, checks, and stores merchandise or materials
Unload/stage incoming shipments with the use of a pallet jack
May operate a pallet jack to move material to designated areas
You Must Have:

Prepare and chrome plate various parts for classic and historical automobiles or motorcycles as directed by the Auto Shop Supervisor. Maintain all chrome plating equipment in good working order and notify Auto Shop Supervisor of any issues regarding equipment function.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review work orders and select appropriate materials for each chrome plating job.
• Prepare items for plating by stripping, filling, and sanding parts to be plated.
• Adjust and calibrate plating equipment including, but not limited to, rectifiers, pumps, and filters as needed.
• Employ wide variety of hand and power tools including hoists, drills, grinders, buffers, and sanders.
• Perform routine checks to ensure chrome plating line remains in good working order, i.e. making sure tanks are level, rectifiers are functioning, and pumps are operating properly.
• Prepare, finish, and clean/polish chrome plating parts.
• Operate the chrome plating lines, including the mixing, regeneration, and analysis of plating baths.
• Operate electroplating equipment.
• Used micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, and CMM to perform precision work.
• Produce show quality finishes on chrome and stainless parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets the desired specifications.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, specifically regarding any new materials or methods used in the repair work.
• Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Support all safety, food quality and sanitation initiatives and policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required, or equivalent experience.

A Brief OverviewThe Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols. This role involves leading and training warehouse staff, coordinating activities to optimize productivity, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.What you will do
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Train, mentor, and provide guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting best practices in safety and operations.
Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock audits, and manage the proper handling of materials to prevent losses and discrepancies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to address any operational challenges and improve workflows.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting safety training and regular inspections of the warehouse.
Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics and provide updates to management.
Resolve any issues related to inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shipment errors.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.

Education Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
Experience Qualifications
1-3 years Supervisory experience (Preferred)
4-6 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field. (Required)
Skills and Abilities
Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles. (High proficiency)
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. (High proficiency)

Purpose of Position: To ensure the Companys objectives are met in the areas of loading and unloading freight, and providing direct customer service.
As a warehouse clerk you will:
Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing assigned duties in warehouse as well as assisting customers with the loading and unloading of their merchandise.
Record all required data when processing a Customers pick-up.
Verification through computer records of merchandise, and location.

Records the license number, and verifies vehicle model.
Verify that the customer has no balance, and can safely receive merchandise.

Issues, receives and stores material, supplies and equipment according to established procedures and instructions.
Keeps open communication with management. Completes lists and keeps floor current by following Visual Merchandisers instruction regarding displays.
Maintains list of Customer pick-up ensuring every customer gets assisted.
Completes warehouse closing checklist to ensure everything has properly been closed.
Responsible for inspecting merchandise received, validating its integrity and accuracy on inventory.
Perform duties in accordance with Companys safety rules and operating regulations.
Reports any break in safety regulations to management.
Wears proper safety equipment to perform duties according to Company policy.
Verifies dock gates are secured with safety chain or shut.
Accepts responsibility for safety and security of all Company property.
Maintains equipment and work area in clean and orderly condition.
Maintains records and files in an orderly condition.
Undertakes and completes other responsibilities as assigned by store management, which may include assisting with customer deliveries outside of the store.
Undertake and support any policy, change, system or work rules the Company implements regarding the purpose of this position.
Physical Demands:
