Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service
Handling cash with accuracy and care
Efficiently performing customer transactions using our POS system
Cleaning the department
Retrieving carts from the parking lot
Stocking and facing products as needed

Qualifications:
Must have flexible retail availability
Regular and reliable attendance is required
Must be able to communicate clearly with our customers
Accurate cash handling skills
A strong interest in natural foods and living
Must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated
Preferably have at least one year of customer service experience
Physical Demands:
Constant standing
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly
Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling
Varying temperature conditions (retrieving carts or aiding customers with their groceries out to their vehicle in various weather conditions, stocking coolers/freezers as needed)

Job Duties
The eCommerce Fulfillment Associate will execute the requirements of our Customer Service Mission and all other outlined primary operational functions. This can include, but is not limited to:
* Identify, weigh and move products to appropriate area for processing and shipping.
* Prepare shipping and processing station.
* Stack and restack pallets
* Scan and label boxes in preparation for shipping.
* Pack, tape and secure boxes for shipping.
* Process shipments and arrange for special product shipping with shipping provider.
* Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures.
Qualifications
* Great communication skills
* Prior Retail experience preferred
* Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend
* Able to pass a background check
