Everybody there is very friendly
The working environment is too slow, when you needed something right away the front-end managers are always talking contently. Taking too much time to bring you the material that you need that minute by the time they bring the customer have already gone.
I am not getting enough working hours and I need more money so that I can pay for my college tuition, move out of my parent's house so that I can build my own house, get my own car, and a phone.
I would go on the internet to find all the interview question and then I will answer them. After that I will go over them to see if there is any error, if not I will practice over and over until I got my confidence toward my interview.
I like best about the leadership team is that they are very open to teach you think that you are not sure of, or you don't know how this works and also, they can help solve the issue.
I would try to come out thing that could make things more easier by letting the customer use the scan and go app that way the older senior won't have to lift those heavy pack of water, for Appy product I would put all the different barcode on the outside of the package that way the cashier don't have to ripe open the customer package, the customer can scan the item on the app and after that the customer can just click finish and pay through the app on their phone. Then the customer won't have to come to the register and also the Sefcheck out. I would like our store to have the same system as Sam's Club, I just don't get is why can't Shoprite at Lyndhurst do the same?
If Shoprite have to compare to other industry, we are lacking all the material that Sam Club has already have is the Scan and go App.
The representation of diverse demographics within the store organization is very good at accustoming people with different races, ethnic, age, gender and also people with different disability to come and work.
Everyday coming in seeing different people and also helping my other coworker to shorten the line from different register.
