Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled CT Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Show Low, Arizona. Summary:
The CT Tech operates computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. They prepare patients for the procedure, position patients with considerations for safety and image accuracy, ensure proper imaging protocols are followed, and work closely with radiologists to obtain high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. CT Techs also maintain equipment, keep patient records, and follow safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure and provide compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process.
Essential Work Functions:
Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately
Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology
Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality
Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details accurately in the hospital's system
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services
Ability to adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across various healthcare facilities
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CT Tech practice

You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Job Summary
The Plant Manager - HMA is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a mobile hot mix asphalt (HMA) plant supporting WW Clyde projects in Nevada and Arizona. This role oversees daily production, maintenance, quality, and staffing, ensuring asphalt mixes meet specifications and are produced on time to support paving and heavy civil operations. The Plant Manager will travel regularly between project locations and will receive competitive per diem for travel and time spent on remote sites.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operation of the mobile HMA plant, including startup, shutdown, and monitoring production to meet cost, quality, and quantity targets.
Plan and adjust plant production to support project paving schedules; coordinate closely with project managers, paving superintendents, trucking, and dispatch.
Supervise, schedule, and mentor plant personnel; promote a strong safety culture through example, communication, and accountability.
Ensure all plant activities comply with company, federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
Coordinate and perform, or oversee, preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment to minimize downtime.
Monitor quality control test results and work with QC staff to adjust materials, blends, and plant settings to meet project and DOT specifications.
Manage material inventories (liquid asphalt, aggregates, RAP, fuel, and other consumables), forecast needs, and coordinate deliveries to support continuous operations and cost control.
Lead plant mobilization and demobilization for new projects, including site setup, utilities coordination, and plant layout with the project team.
Maintain accurate records for production, maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance.
Perform other duties as assigned by operations or area leadership to support successful project delivery.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hot mix asphalt plant operations, with at least 2-3 years in a lead operator, superintendent, or plant manager role.
Proven experience running an asphalt plant in support of heavy civil or highway projects; mobile or remote plant experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of HMA production, mix designs, plant controls, and DOT/specification requirements.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, and develop a plant crew in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of asphalt plant equipment.
Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheets; experience with automated plant control systems is a plus.
Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently and work at remote job sites in Nevada and Arizona, with per diem provided.

The Patient Access Cashier performs all cash management, cash collections, and patient financial services functions for the Patient Access department. This position is responsible for the daily balancing of cash drawers and safes. As a member of the Patient Access department, the Patient Access Cashier is responsible for various patient registration tasks and the collection of patient liabilities including payment plan options. The Patient Access Cashier will work within the policies and processes as they are being performed across the entire organization.

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the assessment and collection of patient liabilities via worklist, report, or daily census review
o These collections include copays, deductibles, co-insurance, and balances after financial assistance
o This individual is tasked with assessing patient insurance and financial information to determine liability
· Responsible for working various patient access, insurance eligibility, follow-up reports to include, but not limited to; daily unbilled reporting and EIQ, prior day AHIQA unworked error reporting and eligibility reporting
· Responsible for pre-registration and registration tasks including, but not limited to:
o The registration of patients at the time of service, or prior to the date of service while attempting to collect the patient's financial liability
· Monitor missed collection opportunities for potential process improvements and follow-up
· Make follow-up phone calls to patients that are unable to make payment while in-house
o Must attempt to contact the patient within 24 hours post-discharge, and continue these attempts until seven days post discharge
· Send letters to patients' addresses post-discharge detailing an estimated liability as well as options to pay; if unable to collect or connect with the patient while in-house
o A note must be made on the patient's account when letter is sent
· Take part in weekly POS team calls
· Displays proper etiquette and mannerisms that reflect the Service Standard Behavior Guidelines
· Promotes the Patient Safety Standards as a core value of the organization.
Secondary Functions:
· Will work with patients to sign consent to treat, observation, Important Message from Medicare, and other registration-related forms, when not able to be collected prior
· Will assist eligibility specialists in the verification of insurance information, Medicaid and charity processing, and other tasks as needed
