Stein Sperling is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney for our Estates & Trusts Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Principals and senior attorneys to develop and implement individualized estate plans for clients. Responsibilities include meeting directly with clients, drafting estate planning documents such as wills and trusts, and researching legal and tax issues associated with advanced planning strategies. The Attorney will also guide clients and their families through the probate and trust administration process and may provide support for estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation matters. Responsibilities:
Estate Planning & Document Drafting: Prepare and review comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives.
Tax & Fiduciary Planning: Advise clients on strategies to minimize estate and gift taxes, avoid probate, and establish and administer various types of trusts.
Estate & Trust Administration: Assist in the administration of estates and trusts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and alignment with the decedent's wishes.
Fiduciary Litigation: Represent clients in estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation, including will and trust contests, breaches of fiduciary duty, and contested probate matters.
Collaboration with Professionals: Partner with financial advisors, accountants, and insurance professionals to deliver integrated estate and tax planning solutions.
Client Counseling: Conduct meetings with clients to understand their goals, develop customized estate plans, and provide clear, practical legal guidance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience handling complex estate planning and administration matters.
LL.M. in Taxation with an emphasis on Estates and Trusts or CPA designation with relevant experience preferred.
Admission to the Maryland Bar (or eligibility to sit for the Maryland Bar) required.
Admission to the District of Columbia, Virginia, or Florida Bars a plus.

Summary:
A Stepdown Registered Nurse provides care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general inpatient units. These patients require frequent monitoring and specialized nursing interventions. They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Essential Work Functions:
Monitors and interprets cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and other telemetry data to detect abnormalities and respond appropriately

Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for telemetry patients
