Schneider has more than 20 years of experience leading consumer technology companies. Since January 2018, she has served as Chief Executive Officer of Wag!, the country's largest on-demand mobile dog walking and dog care service. Prior to this role, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of LifeLock, the leader in identity theft protection, through its public listing and acquisition by Symantec. Previously, Schneider served in a series of executive positions at Yahoo! from 2006 to 2010 and in several senior leadership roles at Knight Ridder from 2002 to 2005. She has a B.A. in economics from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dwayne Black is Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. Dwayne is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the Shutterfly, Inc. manufacturing, global order fulfillment and customer service operations in its state-of-the-art Charlotte, NC, Shakopee, MN and Tempe, AZ, manufacturing facilities. An experienced leader in digital printing, Dwayne brings more than 25 years of operations and logistics expertise, with experience opening and restructuring twelve manufacturing and distribution facilities domestically and internationally.

Sharon Segev joined LifeLock as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary in January 2016. Prior to this role, Segev served as vice president, corporate development, general counsel and secretary of Elo Touch Solutions, Inc., a leading touch technology solutions provider. In that role, she was in charge of all worldwide legal operations, including strategic transactions, corporate governance, compliance, regulatory issues, employment, finance, intellectual property, commercial transactions, supply chain and litigation, as well as all corporate development initiatives. Prior to Elo Touch Solutions, Segev served as vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary at Cadence Design Systems, a publicly traded electronic design automation company. Before joining Cadence, she was an attorney in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Segev began her legal career in the law offices of Herzog, Fox & Neeman in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Segev holds degrees in law and accounting from Tel-Aviv University in Israel and is admitted to both the California and Israeli Bar. She has been recognized by The Recorder as one of the leading women in tech law and is a member of HiPower, a group of senior women executives focused on accelerating women’s advancement in leadership positions.

Previously, Dr. Elbayadi held leadership positions at top solution providers, such as Brain Corp, LifeLock, Symantec, and Intuit, and at client-side banking roles, such as IndyMac Bank and Bank of America.As an advisor, Dr. Elbayadi offers guidance about strategies for public cloud, platform integration and mergers and acquisitions to companies with revenues ranging from $10M to $2B. He also advises venture capital firms on technology and prospective investments.Dr. Elbayadi holds a doctorate in leadership and change from Antioch University, a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Chapman University, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Redlands. In 2021, he co-authored “Big Breaches: Cybersecurity Lessons for Everyone.”
