Lifetouch Procurement Specialist is responsible for assisting with sourcing, procurement and management of company Travel, Fleet, Real Estate and MRO categories. Supporting the Supply Chain relationships, resources, and category teams, you will integrate supply chain tools, programs and business direction with supply management.
What you'll do here:
* Develop, execute, and support strategic sourcing activity for assigned categories
* Lead program administration and ensure compliance for corporate travel and fleet services
* Assist with the review entry and database management of contracts and leases.

Minimum Requirements:

* 3 years' experience in managing supplier relationships, leasing and procurement activities
* Associate's degree with preferred emphasis on purchasing, supply chain or facilities.

The Sr. Manager, Compensation is responsible for analyzing, designing, recommending, and implementing compensation programs, plans and processes across the broad spectrum of Compensation, including base, variable, sales, and executive compensation.
Job Duties
* Provides people leadership to a team of compensation professionals to ensure the effective management and delivery of compensation plans and policies.
* Creates insightful analysis, reports, dashboards, models, and other tools and makes recommendations that support and align compensation plan design and development with strategic business objectives and increase compensation program and administration effectiveness.
* Leads large or complex compensation projects and serves as a resource for cross-functional projects which impact the Compensation function.
* Partners across the organization and within HR to implement new and revised plans and programs; develops training and other communications tools to ensure understanding.
* Researches and recommends compensation best practices that align with business objectives.
* Leads the focal base salary and incentive administration, including system set-up and testing, merit guideline development, analysis, communications, and issue resolution.
* Partners with HR, Sales Operations and leaders to design sales compensation plans.
* Formulates pay recommendations for new hires, promotions, and merit adjustments. Provides advice on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, including business justifications, market pay levels and internal equity.
* Conducts market pricing and updates structures and guidelines that are market competitive, internally equitable and cost effective.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
* Master's Degree preferred
* CCP preferred
Experience
* 5+ years compensation management experience, with a strong focus on base, sales, and executive compensation data analysis as well as compensation plan modeling, design, and implementation
* SAP Success Factors and Payfactors experience preferred
Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
* Strong understanding of FLSA, Equal Pay and other applicable wage laws and regulations
* In-depth knowledge of job evaluation methodologies, market trends, compensation best practices, and usage of market pricing tools
* Strong data and systems analytics and compensation modeling skills
* Strong prioritization skills
* Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
* Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, V lookups, graphing, and macros, and Word and PowerPoint skills in addition to exposure and understanding of HRIS
* Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to work across all levels of an organization
* Ability to think strategically and creatively
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Self-motivated

The compensation package for this role is based on multiple factors, such as job level, responsibilities, location, and candidate experience. The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.

The Day-to-Day:

Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback. Address employee relations issues as they arise, determine immediate resolutions, or escalate to the RGM when necessary.

Is this you?
2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
Assist with P&L management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor and reviewing financial reports.
Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
Champion KFC's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion and belonging in the restaurant.
Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration and motivation.
Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the RGM in the hiring process.
Possess strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals, taking disciplinary action and motivating and training employees.
Adhere to corporate policies, procedures and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.
