We are seeking a Director of Partner Management to lead the team at the center of these strategic relationships. This leader will set the vision for how Partner Management delivers value across the full customer journey and ensure flawless execution of complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships. As the connective tissue between our customers and product teams, the Partner Management organization plays a critical role in driving customer success, accelerating adoption, and influencing Shutterstock's roadmap.
In this role, you will lead a growing global team of Partner Managers and directly manage a small set of accounts, working in close alignment with our New Business team to support the growth of our model training partnerships. You will guide the team in uncovering partner needs, shaping innovative solutions, and providing white-glove service across our expanding offering, including emerging offerings such as Model Services and our 3P partner data network.

The Day to DayTeam Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and scale a growing team of Partner Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
Establish team standards for partner engagement, internal collaboration, GTM readiness, and operational execution.
Develop career paths, coaching frameworks, and performance management processes to elevate the team's capabilities and impact.
Strategic Partner Management
Operate as a true player-coach: oversee execution across high-value data and Model Services partnerships while also directly managing a small portfolio of strategic accounts to ensure alignment with commercial objectives, product strategy, and partner needs.
Guide the team in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and partner with New Business Directors to shape upsell and renewal strategies.
Serve as an executive point of escalation for high-impact partner needs, complex project deliverables or integration challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence
Serve as the internal voice of our partners, capturing demand signals and translating them into insights that inform product roadmaps, GTM planning, and operational improvements.
Collaborate closely with the New Business team to support due diligence, proposals, customer meetings, and business reviews, acting as product experts and early adopters of new GTM offerings.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to design and deliver effective partner solutions that meet and anticipate partner and industry demand.
Operational Excellence & Execution
Partner with the Implementation team to ensure flawless execution of partnership commitments, coordinating internal teams to deliver on integration timelines, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
Build scalable processes, templates, and playbooks that enable consistency, repeatability, and efficiency across the partner lifecycle.
Track and report team KPIs, partner health metrics, and program performance to senior leadership.
Ensure partners receive white-glove support and maximize the value of Shutterstock's solutions.
What You'll Bring to the Role
10+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, strategic account leadership, or a related discipline, with at least 3+ years leading a high-performing team.
Deep experience managing complex partnerships across Product, Technology, and/or Marketing environments; familiarity with data licensing, workflow integrations, or AI-driven solutions is a plus.
Proven ability to guide teams through complex partnership executions, integration cycles, and multi-stakeholder project management.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and commercial audiences at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess partner needs, identify patterns, and propose actionable improvements.

As Creative Design Program Manager in LinkedIn Productions, you'll be embedded within the Content Development Design team, a core unit of LinkedIn Productions-the team behind producing premium content that powers LinkedIn Learning and LinkedIn News. These platforms are dedicated to delivering market-leading professional development courses and providing trusted business news to LinkedIn members globally.
Your role will emphasize operationalizing and scaling design solutions that enable the creation of impactful and innovative courses, resources, and news content. Reporting to the Creative Director for Learning & News, you will act as a strategic organizer between design and production teams along with cross-functional partners across LinkedIn. The Design Program Manager is key to orchestrating the workflows and aligning stakeholders needed to realize creative and editorial visions at scale. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in design operations, program management, and cross-functional collaboration while understanding the unique nuances of working within creative and editorial contexts.
Key Responsibilities
* Creative Program Stewardship: Serve as the connective tissue between the Content Development Design team and the larger LinkedIn Production team, ensuring the smooth integration of creative design solutions into LinkedIn Learning courses, LinkedIn News content, and other editorial initiatives.
* Operational Efficiency: Assess, design, and implement workflow improvements to streamline creative operations, from ideation to execution for diverse story and campaign projects. Collaborate on tools and processes to amplify efficiency (e.g., resource tracking, task allocation, quality control in design handoffs).
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Build strong relationships with design managers, designers, editorial stakeholders, and adjacent teams, including Growth, Premium, and AI teams. Represent design and editorial operations in multi-disciplinary discussions to align on strategic priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution.
* Program Planning & Management: Lead program planning efforts, including timelines, capacity plans, and staffing coordination. Collaborate on quarterly priorities and integrate design projects into the broader content team's strategic roadmap.
* Risk and Issue Management: Manage risks and drive resolution of issues that may impact the quality or timeliness of projects and deliverables. Proactively address workflow or resource challenges and escalate as appropriate.
* Process Champion: Set clear expectations for scales of work, project timelines, and deliverables. Drive repeatable operational best practices and introduce new ideas to improve team morale and collaboration.
* Documentation and Tooling: Build and maintain team documentation, design tools, and centralized resources. Share progress, dependencies, and decisions with cross-functional stakeholders through structured, concise, and transparent communications.
* AI Fluency: Act as a champion for fostering AI fluency within the Content Development Design team. Partner with designers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement AI-driven tools and processes that enhance creative workflows and storytelling.
* Team Development and Onboarding: Partner with leadership to establish onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring that team members are supported as they transition into the team and are equipped to succeed.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
* 5+ years of experience in design operations, program management, or creative operations.
* 5+ years of experience in project management and using project management tools.
Preferred Qualification:
* Familiarity with implementing operational workflows for cross-functional creative teams.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
15+ years of experience in marketing/sales, including customer facing, revenue generating roles with experience in media sales.
8+ years of leadership experience including a track record of influencing and leading other leaders.

Proven proficiency at building, running and scaling high-functioning sales organizations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $84,000-$120,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
* Build trusted relationships with key client decision-makers to understand their business objectives and marketing needs.
* Analyze customer objectives, financials, and the landscape to develop high-quality agreements and align on ambitious growth goals.
* Develop deep Google Ads knowledge to pitch powerful, customer-focused solutions with a clear value proposition.
* Ensure effective campaign implementation by meticulously tracking and measuring the long-term impact of Google's solutions.
* Drive future customer growth and long-term partnerships by proactively identifying new opportunities with sales integrity.
