What you'll do
Partner closely with product, design, and engineering to shape team roadmaps by sizing opportunities, evaluating impact, and synthesizing complex data into actionable narratives

What you have
4+ years of experience working in product analytics, data science, or adjacent roles - preferably in tech, ecommerce marketplaces, or consumer products
Experience working on product growth, engagement loops, or retention strategy
Deep fluency in SQL and comfort with Python or R for exploratory analysis and modeling
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and interpreting complex product behaviors through data
Excellent product sense to rival that of the best product managers you've worked with
Demonstrated ability to own ambiguous problem spaces, from framing questions to delivering recommendations

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
2-4 years of experience in ad tech; preferably at a digital publisher or ad management company. Minimum 2 years of experience in an analytical role.
Deep familiarity with header bidding, Prebid, SSPs, DSPs, ad serving, Google Ad Manager, and major ad tech platforms.
Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with working with large complex data sets.
Experience in SQL and willingness to adopt new data tools as needed.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $120,000 - $193,000/YR.
