What Does A Shuttle Operator Do At Wine Country RV Resort

* Greet guests and customers; assist in and out of the shuttle as needed.
* Monitor and address ongoing maintenance needs of the shuttle, including fueling the vehicle and regular oil changes; communicate maintenance needs to manager.
* Follow safety laws and procedures while performing duties, including safely operating vehicles.
* Provide information and respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, directions, etc. to ensure guest satisfaction is maximized.
* Stock shuttle with water and snacks; replenish as necessary.
* Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle, both inside and outside, including window washing and trash removal.
* Maintain a log of travel destinations, number of guests, vehicle mileage and expenses.
* Other duties as assigned
