David Bradley serves as President and CEO of Nexeo Solutions. Mr. Bradley oversees the strategic direction of Nexeo’s operations across the globe. His 20 years of industry experience includes multiple executive roles involving Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, business transformation, business process development, and operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.

Canindé Francisco is an Engineer Chief at SI Group Inc and is based in Rio Claro Y, Alrededores, Brazil. He attended Salesiana, Umec, and Escola Técnica Estadual Getúlio Vargas.

Patrick Weinberg is an energetic and highly recommended finance executive with significant experience driving value and cash generation, leading international operations, and instituting accountability for performance in both publicly and private equity owned companies. He has a strong background in strategy definition, business turnarounds and restructurings, M&A, real estate transactions and post-deal integration. Board member and officer of various companies and a trusted advisor to investors in both public and privately held companies.

A true cross-cultural leader, conducting business in |15 countries worldwide - from Finland to Saudi Arabia to Japan - and building high impact teams on 3 different continents. Fluent in English and Dutch and conversant in German.

Mr. Weinberg has excellent interpersonal skills, a Deliver What You Promise mentality and a proven ability to translate strategic objectives into operational targets. Special interest to ‘de-complex’ organizations and to maximize transparency by implementing daily, real-time dashboards to enhance decision-making across all functions.

Mr. Weinberg is currently Sr Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at SI Group, the world's leader in chemical intermediates and specialty additives, serving a wide array of industries including polymers, tires & adhesives, oil & gas, and fuel & lubricants. SI Group is a portfolio company of SK Capital Partners, a private investment firm in NYC. Previously, he held global CFO positions at Addivant and Royal DSM.

With an extensive audit background as a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Weinberg earned a Postdoc in Auditing, a BS in Economics and an MBA from the University of Tilburg in the Netherlands.

Mr. Weinberg is a founding member of the international pediatric cancer charity World Child Cancer USA, determined to improve cancer diagnosis, treatment and care for some of the world's poorest children with projects in over 15 developing countries.
