Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Master's degree preferred. * 4-7 years' experience in Manufacturing, Logistics and Distribution on a global scale. * Solid understanding of business processes related to demand & supply planning, continuous and discrete manufacturing, warehouse management, and transportation, from an end-to-end business process perspective. * Excellent understanding of business functional areas and inherent controls with "end-to-end" global business processes & sub-processes including (data and process) integration points, policies, and procedures. * Ability and experience of working in a transforming environment. * Excellent presentation and writing skills (functional/technical specifications) are required. * Self-directed and uses judgment to proactively seek guidance from management or update status to management.
