Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end projects or be responsible for sub-projects of a complex and/or international project, on which you will ensure relevant, proactive and regular reporting to the Manager and Client to ensure that our commitments are met. * Take part in business development through the design and development of commercial proposals, as well as by identifying new opportunities and clients. * Manage the client relationship on your missions and build a solid relationship with your contacts on the client side, at middle management level, who recognize you as an expert for your assigned tasks. * You will be responsible for the management of consultants in the context of missions or internal projects, where you will act as a reference and relay for the Manager/Senior Manager regarding the follow-up of projects, the validation of deliverables, the evaluation of achievements, and above all you will ensure the development of their soft and hard skills. SUMMARY: This fulltime Senior Analytics Consultant, Employee Benefits will be responsible for managing various workflows related to providing an array of detailed analyses to support client needs in coordination with account management teams. These workflows include identification of data requirements and obtaining data through use of insurer portals and/or correspondence with our carrier partners; data manipulation, interpretation, and analysis as necessary to complete the projects in which the Senior Analtycis Consultant is engaged; and crafting, maintaining, and designing the presentation of clients' financial materials in close collaboration with other staff to ensure a cohesive and professional work product. As a more senior member of the Analytics team, the Associate Director of Analytics will be tasked with less standardized and more challenging and time-sensitive projects commensurate with the expectations regarding his or her experience and knowledge. Reporting duties can be expected to include preparing monthly financial statements, annual marketing results and associated financial projections, and reserving calculations, in addition to a myriad of other ad hoc requests which may arise to support various client strategy planning sessions and other requests. These analyses require accurately interpreting and analyzing data, as well as presenting results both verbally and in written form in a manner understandable to technical and non-technical audiences. In addition to the Senior Analytics Consultants individual responsibilities, he or she will be expected to materially contribute to the growth of more junior colleagues by reviewing their work, explaining unfamiliar concepts, and providing general mentorship and leadership within the team. Job Duties: Provide consulting services for LBG clients including, but not limited to: Writing and developing technical solutions in response to government solicitations Facilitating government solicitation response submissions and supporting end-to-end proposal development activities Providing programmatic support and working closely with the LBG Program Manager to manage the successful planning and delivery of their government and commercial programs. Managing and developing non-government organizations (NGOs) and government solicitation responses primarily. Developing proposal plans, compliance matrices and tracking tools to enable successful proposal submissions. Developing and maintaining core program artifacts, including integrated Gantt charts, statements of work (SOWs), work breakdown structures (WBS) to support complex, multi-year programs. Leading and assisting in the management of day-to-day project activities, including organizing and participating in regular meetings, documenting meeting minutes, tracking action items, and supporting required contractual reporting to both internal and external stakeholders. Supporting coordination with subcontractors, CDMOs, academic partners, and clinical organizations, including scope development, task tracking, and integration of partner inputs into proposals and program plans. Assisting in the technical review of new life science products. Assisting in the tracking of project specific budgets. Supporting client proposal development activities as required. Leading/supporting market research activities as required. Traveling to client sites as required. Adhering to LBG quality standards with regard to client deliverables. Qualifications BS degree required, PhD Preferred 2-5 years' experience in a consulting and/or life sciences/biotech field.
