Lawyers Title of Cincinnati, Inc. completed its first business transaction on June 12, 1936.

Behringer-Crawford Museum The museum was established in 1950 showing off the collections of world-traveler William Behringer.

In 1969, Timothy Griffin (Tim), grandson of Earl W. Griffin and son of Dale, joined Lawyers Title of Cincinnati, Inc.

Sibcy Cline Relocation started as the Relocation Department within Sibcy Cline Realtors in the mid-1970’s to handle the flow of buyers and sellers in-and-out of the marketplace, and to manage corporate-owned properties in the local market.

At the west end of MainStrasse is the Carroll Chimes Bell Tower that was built in 1979 and named in honor of the governor at that time, Julian Carroll.

The Goose Girl fountain is located in the center of MainStrasse and was created in 1980.

Lawyers Title of Cincinnati, Inc. established a joint venture with Coldwell Banker Realtors in 2000 in order to serve the customers of Coldwell Banker in Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky, and Southeast Indiana.

Lawyers Title of Cincinnati, Inc. established a joint venture with Sibcy Cline Realtors in 2001.

Lawyers Title of Cincinnati, Inc. established a joint venture with Huff Realty in 2005 in order to serve the customers of Huff Realty in Southwest Ohio and Southeast Indiana.

The Ascent condominium building was completed in 2008 and designed by Daniel Libeskind (the award-winning architect named as the master plan architect of the reconstructed World Trade Building in New York.)

Since 2010, agents and employees have donated more than $634,000 to United Way and more than $120,000 to ArtsWave.

Licking/Riverside Named One of the Nation’s Best Neighborhoods Licking/Riverside was named on the top 10 best neighborhoods in the United States in 2013 by the American Planning Association.
