Skills & Abilities: * Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel is required. * Must be able to give direction, coach, train and guide a diverse team of varied skill to efficiently meet department/company needs. * Must be able to demonstrate accuracy of work, effective organization skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment. * Must be willing/able to be hands-on in the inventory/yard areas and work at a computer. * Must be a team player within all levels of the company. * Must effectively communicate with personnel, management and supervisors via two-way radio, phone, email and in person. * Must be able to read and interpret Receiving and Inventory documents and paperwork. * Regular and timely attendance is required. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to perform work in any environment and various weather conditions such as rain, sleet, snow and extreme cold and heat. * Must be able to regularly use hands to grasp, pinch or pull materials. * Must be able to feel and reach with hands and arms. * Must frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch. * Must be able to climb in and out of equipment. * Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. * Must be able to pass the commercial driver's vision test requirements.
