Veronica oversees day-to-day operations for Sidecar Health and ensures that ideas become reality. Sidecar Health is Veronica and Patrick’s third business together. Prior to co-founding Sidecar Health, Veronica held leadership positions at Katch, and grew Healthplans.com (Katch’s Health, Medicare and Life business) from infancy to the largest business within Katch over 5 years, ultimately leading to its successful sale. Prior to Katch, Veronica was a marketer, instrumental in the successful acquisition and integration of QuinStreet’s $20MM B2B business at QuinStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ: QNST). In a previous life, Veronica had a career in Fixed Income investment banking with Banc of America Securities and managing a $2 billion fund of securitized products with Paramax Capital.

Veronica received her B.A. with honors in economics from U.C. Berkeley. She enjoys frolicking in the mountains- on foot or on skis - and playing Zingo with her two kids.

Stuart Battersby is a CFO at Sidecar Health and Controller at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics and is based in Mercer Island, Washington. He has worked as President & CEO Amerigroup Washington Medicaid Health Plan at AMERIGROUP CORP, Financial Controller at Star Northwest Inc, and Comptroller at Star Northwest Inc. Stuart attended University of Wales Cardiff between 1991 and 1994, University of Washington, and WA Board of Accountancy.

Alex Coonce is the Chief People Officer at Sidecar Health. Alex Coonce attended at University of California, Los Angeles.

Jonathan Ward joined 23andMe in 2012 serving as Vice President, Strategic Alliances, with responsibility for the company's strategic partnerships. Prior to joining 23andMe, Jonathan served most recently as interim Chief Marketing Officer at eHarmony.com and held a variety of marketing and business development roles during his eight-year tenure there. Jonathan has also held marketing and business development roles at America Online, McKinsey & Company as well as Ogilvy, Adams & Rinehart.

Rod is responsible for product and technology at Sidecar Health. In his role, Rod will ensure Sidecar Health can deliver on its ambition of more affordable, accessible healthcare for everyone in the US, through rapid delivery of product and technology with high quality. Rod has more than 20 years’ experience building and leading world class product and technology teams who are passionate about creating value for customers.

Prior to joining Sidecar Health, Rod was Chief Technology Officer at Beautycounter where he increased delivery and quality, driving significant revenue growth. Prior to this as Chief Technology Officer at Aspiration, his teams unlocked numerous product and technology innovations while more than doubling the talent base. Prior to these roles, as Senior Vice President at Ticketmaster, Rod was responsible for all technology powering the consumer experience. In hiring and leading a team of more than 150 engineers at Ticketmaster, he drove significant delivery and quality improvements, broad system architecture and platform changes, as well as dramatic conversion rate and revenue increases.

Rod holds a Bachelor of IT, majoring in Software Engineering, from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia. An Australian native, he is an active tennis player and golfer. During a two-year sabbatical starting in 2001, he traveled extensively through South and Central Asia.
