With a mom who is an artist and a dad who is an engineer, I was instantly drawn to design. I realized that in design, art meets engineering and I was forever hooked.

I have been with SideMark for 30 years, 6 of those as CEO and the last year as owner. Like fashion design, furniture and workspace design changes. It has been amazing to ride those trends as well as help to influence them in the Bay Area.

More and more I am bringing another passion to SideMark: the sociology of the workspace. What can inspire? What can create a sense of well-being? What can encourage employees to give their best as well as make work feel good for them? It is a competitive workforce environment and once you find those employees that fit your culture, you want them to stay and grow with you. SideMark creates environments that foster that feeling.
