• Window World is the largest residential exterior remodeler in the United States. To keep up with growing customer demand, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced contractors—preferably a 3-5 man crew—to install Siding, fascia and soffit projects. Our energy-efficient products are backed by industry-leading warranties, and we offer exceptional attention to detail and customer care. • Window World installers carefully existing siding, when needed, from the home and replace them with new exterior remodeling products according to company standards and guidelines. Installers will pick up product from Window World’s warehouse and transport to customers’ homes for installation. Installers will complete installation of all new product, collect old product and debris for disposal back at the Window World location, and collect a completion certificate and final payment from the customer.

• Arrive at Window World location in a punctual manner to pick up product and transport it to the customer’s home, if not delivered by vendor.
• Install new siding and other exterior finishes as assigned.
• Clean up job site and place all trash in provided dumpster
• Troubleshoot unforeseen issues in the field in an attempt to avoid rescheduling or extended installation time.
• Complete installation projects in a professional and timely manner, including all finishing trims, insulates, and/or caulk.
• Collect final payment, survey, and completion certificate from the customer.

• Own a truck and/or trailer and/or van and all necessary tools to installs siding and other exterior finishes.
• Prior experience in large scale exterior renovation of siding and other exterior finishes
• Maintain all required insurance, workers comp coverage, and licensing/credentials to perform siding and exterior finish installation in local area.
• Must have knowledge and ability necessary for removal and installation of siding.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must have persistence and strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Take pride in craftsmanship and finished work product.

Our normal production schedule is 6:50 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and work indoors. Occasional overtime is available and may be required during our highest production times. Weekly pay is made up of an hourly rate based on skill and an attractive incentive program.

Summary Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team and perform quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
• Keeps area neat and clean.
• Read and use a tape measure
• Read blueprints and orders
• Communicate well with coworkers
• Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

Qualifications

• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
