The Lease Operator is responsible for the overall daily operation and maintenance for a specified group of oil and gas wells. The Operator I will develop entry-level lease operator skills including facility operation, day-to-day lease operator tasks and CLR standards. Applicants invited for testing must complete the National Police Officer Selection Test, which is a 75-minute written examination consisting of four parts: Mathematics, Reading Comprehension, Grammar, and Incident Report Writing. Applicants who pass the written testing will then be required to pass the Montana Physical Abilities Test (MPAT) followed by an oral board interview.

Selected applicants will receive a conditional offer of employment that is contingent upon successfully completing the remaining phases of the selection process.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Field Sales Manager will sell EnerStar Solutions products and integration of services to all existing and prospective accounts and drive business development efforts. The primary focus of the Field Sales Manager is outside sales and business development, where coverage and penetration of accounts is required at a strategic level. The Field Sales Manager will maintain and develop an existing customer base and work proactively to secure new clients. The individual in this position must professionally represent EnerStar Solutions in presentations and briefings, and assist in preparing proposals, and must be able to effectively position EnerStar Solutions and present a strong value proposition to clients. A successful Field Sales Manager builds on an entrepreneurial spirit and will be expected to regularly meet or exceed sales targets.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Prioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocols
Champion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activities
Responsible for supporting all aspects of sales cycle, cultivating new relationships and qualifying new client opportunities
Create market awareness of EnerStar's core business solutions through prospecting, networking, presentations and attending trade show meetings
Prioritizing activities and territory management to ensure optimum penetration and profitability, including developing Strategic Account Growth Plans
Accurately forecast, build a strong pipeline, and meet/exceed sales goals
Ability to effectively influence key decision makers on all levels
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution, manufacturers and other trade partners
Follow industry trends locally and internationally
Identifying and mapping business strengths and client needs
Providing business direction to sales support teams
Providing accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activities
Daily performance / customer interactions / professional development metrics: 70% field site visits; 20% local field office visits; 10% working with operations on new products and learning the advantages of EnerStar equipment and rental rates
Collaborate and support EnerStar joint ventures: CCS, Berger, Trucking Logistics, etc.
Collaborate with business development, operations, and marketing teams
Daily input and updates to CRM, KPA and other programs as identified
Manage and build a database of contacts for Field Superintendents, Drilling Managers and Engineers
Participate in other relevant tasks as assigned
Travel: This position is generally expected to travel as needed to support EnerStar Solutions clients and win additional solutions sales.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of Oil Field experience
Demonstrated success in managing good relationships with high-level decision makers
Experience:
Sold over $2,000,000 annually in a related business
Demonstrated the development of strategic accounts
Demonstrated experience selling Company core business solutions
Thorough understanding of product positioning, competitive conditions, and value proposition
Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
High integrity individual.
Decision Making and Judgment: This position requires the ability to assess information and interpersonal interactions in order to negotiate business that meets or exceeds client expectations, while providing a profitable revenue stream for EnerStar Solutions. Knowing when to move forward independently, and when to engage internal team members and/or appropriate client contacts is critical to the success of the person in this role.
