Simulation and Test Solutions
The Simulation and Test Solutions (STS) organization creates our Simcenter software products for computer aided engineering. STS tackles flow simulation as well as thermal, structural, acoustic, and composite analysis. Senior software and quality engineers will assist students in championing a variety of tasks by:

Basic Qualifications:
* Experience in the installation and/or maintenance of commercial sprinkler systems.
* Must be able to differentiate types/colors of wire; use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
* NICET II Sprinkler Certification required.or obatained within 12 months
* Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
* Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Partner Business Manager to drive the growth and success of HP's high-performance Z workstations, software, graphics, and associated technical solutions with our key channel partners. This individual will focus on building strong relationships with channel partner leadership and sales, collaborating to enhance go to market program and identifying new opportunities to grow the Z workstation share within assigned partners. In addition, this role will play a key role in generating leads for new business as well as end-customer retention, ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value of long-term engagements. Training and continuously monitoring partner performance will also be prioritized. Sales experience with national and regional partners as well as public or private sector customers is valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Expert Product and Industry Knowledge: Leverage a deep understanding of high-performance PCs, Graphics, complex use cases and the technology landscape to effectively position solutions that meet partner and client needs and demonstrate tangible value.
* Client Relationship Management: Engage with key partner stakeholders, including executives and line of business decision-makers, to build and maintain lasting relationships, ensuring satisfaction and continued business growth.
* Customized Solutions Design: Collaborate with product engineers and category management to develop solutions that differentiate partner offerings and address end-customers unique business challenges and objectives.
* Opportunity Identification: Use market insights and sales expertise to assist partners to uncover new business opportunities, grow the sales pipeline, and drive sales pursuits across key accounts.
* Market Research & Strategy Input: Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends, market shifts, and new opportunities, offering valuable insights to shape HP's sales strategies and product development through channel partners. Understands competitive solutions and tactics and can defend and defeat incursions.
* Client Feedback & Product Development: Act as the voice of the partner by gathering feedback and collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings and influence the development of new products or features.
* Complex Problem Solving: Tackle complex sales challenges, analyzing data and market factors to develop strategic solutions and drive business outcomes for partners. Can develop ROI value for HP solutions leveraging partner capability.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Experience: Typically 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, consultative selling, account management, or a similar field. Experience in selling high-tech solutions, workstations, or AI-driven products is a plus.

* Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $146,000 to $213,000 annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix [Input the correct salary/incentive mix numbers based on the role]. **HPE is looking for a Focused Client Specialist to manage US Department of Homeland Security.** Seeking an experienced sales executive to join HPE's growing Federal healthcare segment - the candidate must have deep knowledge of DHS and existing relationships with current Directors and CxOs to fill our Focused Client Specialist role. This is a customer facing sales executive role. Individual will lead the DHS account with support from extended team (SME's, SA's, CT's, compute, HPE, storage and other specialty sales) to drive growth and enhance DHS's mission via HPE solutions. Qualified candidates will possess an excellent understanding of DHS's IT and business objectives, priorities, requirements and challenges, and adds value by implementing HPE's strategy. Accountable for pipeline building; accountable for and supportive in deal closing and orchestrating the deal team. Builds and develops relevant customer relationship networks with key influencers and decision makers in IT and business. Develops and engages with the extended partner ecosystem to maximize HPE's presence in the account. Constantly develops information technology industry knowledge to position HPE's portfolio in the account. Orchestrates, engages, guides and provides feedback to the extended account team members. Acts as customer's advocate inside HPE. Plans for accounts to deliver results through the financial year and beyond.
**Responsibilities:**
* Proactively builds and executes a plan to drive growth and profitability across HPE's portfolio, in a structured and recurring way. Continuously accelerates growth in HPE's strategic value portfolio through positioning these solutions with an ever-widening network within a customer. Formulates and presents technological choices for the customer that will expand HPE's presence and margin in the account. Actively leverages HPE programs and tools (e.g. Executive Sponsors, BU deal support, and supply chain programs) to improve business performance. Significantly contributes to internal reviews connected to deals and sales planning.
* Knowingly invests in maintaining and developing a professional relationship network within the customer to maximize efficiency and effectiveness for HPE. Understands and leverages the underlying principles for the customer organization's functioning. Builds influential relationships with executives including the C-level when necessary. Proactively defines an effective engagement model with the customer's key influencers and decision makers.
* Actively builds, develops and leads the extended account team. Runs a comprehensive governance with the extended team and empowers the account team to engage on different levels within the account. Establishes a recurring process to provide feedback to the account team members and the relevant managers. Actively works with relevant managers to provide development opportunities for extended team members.
* Fully owns the development and execution of a comprehensive account business plan for defined accounts. Leads the collective effort to build and maintain both strategic and tactical elements of the plan. Shares and aligns the plan with relevant stakeholders of the account.
**Qualifications:**
**Education and Experience -**
* At least 5-10+ years account management experience supporting US Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
* Proven track record of account management and sales performance supporting US Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
* **Experience in working with Federal Systems Integrators is a must.**
* **Existing relationship with DHS leadership is a must.**
* Experience in hybrid IT, Hyperscalers public cloud offerings as well as HPE's GreenLake private cloud, IT services, digital transformation, information security, AI and intelligent edge desired.
* University or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Engineering or technology education, advanced degree or MBA desired.
