Purpose
This position aims to professionally develop a recent MSW SHSSW graduate in integrated healthcare service provision through therapeutic evidence-based practice models and measurement-based care approaches to full clinical licensure. Overthe two-year period, the position will meet the required supervision hours for a fully licensed clinical social worker. The position will provide therapeutic support to young adults between the ages of 18 and 29 who seek the Amplify Center for mental healthcare, which is part of UT Health Austin.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of an LCSW-S, the mental health therapist completes a biopsychosocial assessment of patients. The applied biopsychosocial model and approach will include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, and/or other techniques and modalities as clinically indicated. Completes relative evaluations and treatment plans and provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Participates in screening, tracking, and reporting of patient outcomes and social work interventions. Completes documentation in the clinical record related to interaction with individuals served, families, and other service providers in an accurate and timely manner, in accordance with professional ethics and with both Federal and State regulations.
Provides discipline-specific knowledge to interdisciplinary team around mental health, cultural competency, social determinants of health, and innovative ways to approach chronic illness in patients. Essential Duties
Training Delivery:
* Be prepared and knowledgeable in the subject matter, the tools, and the training materials.
* Answer student questions professionally, and as needed, note the question, ask the product or support group, and get the answer back to the student promptly.
* Report any items that need action generated during the training event to the product group, support, sales, and Learning Services.
* Drive the collection of student class surveys, review the feedback provided in surveys or via other means, and take appropriate action to improve the class materials and your performance as an instructor continually.
Training Development:
* Update training materials based on the product release schedules.

**Education and Experience Required:**
+ 3rd Year of Bachelor's degree completed or 1st year of Master's/MBA program completed.--typically a non- technical degree specialization.
+ Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university.
+ Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2026, and not require sponsorship in the future.
**Preferred Majors/Programs:**
+ Business Administration or Business Strategy
+ Marketing
+ Product Management
**Preferred Knowledge and Skills:**
+ Project experience demonstrating strong analytical, modeling and research skills
+ Demonstrated coursework in business, economics, finance, or marketing
+ Strong executive-level presentation skills (storyboarding, development, and delivery)
+ Demonstrable success in delivering results in a cross-functional team setting
+ Ability to handle ambiguity and unstructured work situations
+ Team player who supports others and leads executives and peers through logical reasoning and relationship development
+ Strong public speaking and workshop/conversation-facilitation skills

+ Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel

What you'll achieve
In the Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA), you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization. Over the course of two to three years, you will join our organization as an Associate Inside Sales Representative where you'll receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective. Next, you will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Inside Sales Representative, where you will carry a quota and run all aspects of a sales campaign. From there, you can take your career to the next level in outside field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role. We often see those who are successful in this program having 2-3 jobs in your first three years, all with more responsibility, larger business contribution, and an increase in financial earnings.
You will:
* Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to and building relationships with customers as well as qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue
* Have consistent engagement and collaboration with the NGSA management team, inside sales teams, field sales teams, renewals teams, and development team
* Participate in white board competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet metrics expectations
