As a Smart Buildings Systems & Service Sales Manager you will:
* Promote team selling and expansion of existing relationships and new relationships across divisions and/or geographic areas.
* Act as a resource to sales employees regarding our products, applications, and services; support the sales process through all phases, including job turnover and implementation.
* Communicate goals, provide mentoring to develop skills, lead employee performance, and conduct performance appraisals and coach sellers to strategically assess customer needs and identify customer buying priorities.
* Review bids to ensure accuracy to meet company and customer objectives. Assist employees in setting margins, identifying resources, and assessing future business and establish executive-level relationships with targeted contractors and customers.
* Network with field organization, headquarters, and other Siemens divisions to gain knowledge of offerings, share knowledge with your team and other employees and develop sales forecasts and provide input to sales targets.
* Assist the sales team in identifying market opportunities; develop strategies to improve impact to the company. Participate in development of long-range sales planning and growth strategies.
* Articulate and drive our digitalization strategy, remote services, and big data analytics and maintain trade contacts and participate in industry association functions.
* Travel overnight 10% on average for training and business development.

Basic Qualifications:

The pay range for this position is $122,951 - $210,773 annually with a target incentive of 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills/Qualifications:

PMP certification, preferred
Experience in nuclear life extension, uprate, or advanced reactor projects, preferred

Pay Range:

Required Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency,
2+ years of industry-related experience as a Level II NDE - OR - has successfully completed required training leading to Level II NDE certification in no less than two (2) surface methods (MT, PT or ET) and one (1) volumetric method (UT or ET),
Is able to obtain Level II certification in no less than two (2) surface methods within six (6) months, and one (1) volumetric method within one year,
This is an entry-level position, but experience in phased array UT, Automated UT (AUT), and steam-turbine or gas-turbine NDE is a plus. Ability to obtain unescorted access at nuclear facilities is also a plus.
Work Environment:
Willing to conduct assignments in environments of less than favorable conditions, including dirty or radiological environments, and challenging conditions (heat, cold, physically demanding)
Demonstrate ability to maintain focus in hazardous industrial environments such as working at heights, noisy locations, working near operating machinery, and with dangerous activities occurring nearby (Grit Blasting, welding, grinding, overhead loads, etc.)
Experience working in power plant environments is preferred.
