Technical Project Management
When supporting our Project Management teams, you will coordinate and deliver multiple, simultaneous Building Automation, Fire/Life Safety, or Integrated Security projects of various complexities in commercial buildings. You will also strategically manage fiscal responsibility for all project facets, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and learning opportunities include but are not limited to:

The successful candidate will work on a research project titled “Tele-Exercise to Promote Empowered Movement with Spinal Cord Injury, TEEMS”. The projectcoordinator will report to and work for Margaret Finley, PT, PhD, and coordinate with Laura Baehr, PT, DPT, PhD.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive ProjectCoordinator to support a multi-year randomized controlled trial. This study will evaluate the effectiveness of TEEMS (Tele Exercise to promote Empowered Movement with Spinal Cord Injury)-designed to enhance personal and social factors to facilitate physical activity behavior through expert-led instruction, peer mentoring, and group engagement.
Essential Functions
To assist in all project activities including data management, recruitment, scheduling, interview facilitation, analysis, and dissemination.
The ProjectCoordinator will continue in their role with participant recruitment, screening participant eligibility determination, consenting, scheduling participant data collection sessions, and focus group sessions, data entry, participant payments, and ordering material and supplies, and general study management of the proposed trial.
For this study the ProjectCoordinator will also facilitate asynchronous exercise group weekly communication.
They will work with the graduate research assistant on maintaining institutional review board approvals and clinical trials registration. As projectcoordinator they will attend all quarterly and annual meetings.
The projectcoordinator will contribute 30 hours/week through all four years.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant and innovative health intervention that addresses accessibility, inclusion, and long-term health behavior change in the SCI community.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or related field or the equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Position Summary: The ProjectCoordinator will coordinate the implementation of new and existing initiatives, managing the project lifecycle and client communications. We are seeking a creative, passionate individual with an interest in doing good and helping others do good through tech innovations. Our team needs a person that is capable of serving independently as lead projectcoordinator, who is highly organized with strong people skills including diplomacy and tactfulness in handling sensitive client interactions. Key Responsibilities:
ProjectCoordination:
Manage program schedules, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
Coordinate logistics for events, webinars, and meetings.
Maintain consistency with KSEF's strategic program plans.
Reporting:
Draft internal communications, prepare reports, and support leadership.
Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date project records to support decision-making.
Track and process reports on program performance.
Assist in data collection and analysis.
Administration:
Process invoices, reimbursements, and record-keeping.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in projectcoordination or management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
ProjectCoordination: Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to use scheduling and task control tools.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multi-discipline teams.
Data Management: Proven ability to maintain accurate records and assist with report preparation to support decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with software implementations and support; system conversions experience is advantageous.
