**Electrical Services Project Managers** manage projects specific to the Electrical Service business. These projects focus on low / medium power distribution systems including switchgear, motor controls, circuit breakers, panel boards, transformers, surge protection devices, vibration analysis and metering, battery maintenance and testing, power monitoring, power quality, and protective relay maintenance. Activities include planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects while ensuring customer satisfaction during and at final project completion **.** Our Electrical Service Project Managers are vital for ensuring the successful execution of electrical projects, maintaining customer satisfaction, adhering to quality and safety standards, and contributing to Siemens' growth and reputation in the industry.
**As an Electrical Services Project Manager, you will:**
+ Engage in pre-bid reviews, pre-job walks, and scoping sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess the accuracy of sales estimates and project layouts. Analyze available one-line drawings, site documentation, plans, contract specifications, and codes to define comprehensive project requirements
+ Lead the development of project plans ahead of project commencement. Ensure these plans effectively guide the Project Team towards successful execution
+ Engage in on-site project management when required, closely monitoring project progress to verify adherence to the predetermined execution plan
+ Utilize financial and monthly forecasting tools to manage and contain project costs. Collaborate with team members to monitor, manage, and control costs effectively
+ Obtain bids and select reputable subcontractors to provide supplementary test equipment and support during project execution
+ Facilitate final job site walk-throughs, overseeing the completion of all closing documentation, including acceptance reports, updates to one-line drawings, and comprehensive project close-out records. Manage collections, payments, and ensure meticulous project record-keeping

Basic Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or state-recognized GED
+ 2+ years of experience in the installation, maintenance, engineering, or project management of low / medium voltage power distribution systems as noted in the position overview

The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Dell Medical School is seeking a Research Associate II.
This is a temporary position with an end date of August 31, 2026, renewable based on funding availability, work performance, and progress toward research goals. The role may require work during weekends and/or outside of normal business hours.
Purpose
Assist an interdisciplinary research team in the Bipolar Disorder Center / Almeida lab at Dell Medical School, Department of Psychiatry and Behavior Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin with collecting and analyzing psychological and neuroimaging measures for the bipolar and major depressive disorder population.
Responsibilities
Develop, collect, conduct, and analyze research projects including psychological measures using standard interviews (self-report and/or clinician based) and neuroimaging measures as part of a team of faculty, graduate students, and undergraduate assistants.
Assist with data entry and database management.
Assist with IRB submission & management
Review medical records and conduct screenings for study recruitment. Execute data collection procedure and assessment and assist with subject recruitment, including obtaining consent of research subjects.
Help with subject management, scheduling and reimbursement. Provide exceptional support to research subjects via phone, email, etc.
Assist with manuscripts and publications (authorship will depend on candidate's initiative).
Other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years of research experience in psychiatry, psychology, public health, social work, counseling, or related discipline. Compassionate with a professional demeanor, showing tact and respect at all times. Ability to address individuals and information with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality in various delicate, formal, or urgent situations.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills and excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work well with a culturally diverse group of faculty, staff, and students, including the willingness and ability to train and oversee undergraduate and graduate students.

**Fire Inspectors** play a vital role in preventing, detecting, and mitigating the impact of fires. You will perform tasks such as minor repairs and visual and functional testing on fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems in accordance with all national and local standards. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also act as a mentor, providing on-the-job training to entry level fire alarm and sprinkler inspectors, fostering a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing within our team. Our fire inspectors significantly contribute to public safety, property protection, and overall emergency preparedness.
**As a Fire Sprinkler Inspector, you will:**
+ Provide inspection, testing, and service for wet, dry, pre-action and deluge fire sprinkler systems; backflow preventers; water tanks; fire hydrants; foam-based systems; water mist systems; and fire pumps per NFPA 25 standards.
+ Discuss noted deficiencies, remedies, and pricing with customers and follow up on corrective actions.
+ Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tests performed. Generate reports within Siemens tools and upload to the compliance engine.
+ Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections. Assist with training
+ Perform service and deficiency repairs on all fire sprinkler system types.
+ Complete service ticket documentation and inspection reports before leaving customer site.
+ Work overtime when needed, and maintain stock, tools, and equipment in vehicles
+ Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures
+ Complete required training and certifications within the time requirements for this role

Basic Qualifications:
+ 3+ years' experience performing Inspections, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) Fire Sprinkler Systems
+ NICET Certification in Inspection and Testing Water-Based Systems Level II or state certification
+ On-the-job experience with:
+ Reading and understanding design and construction documents
+ Estimating impairment, deficiencies, and service repairs
+ Ability and willingness to work in a variety of environments in and around mechanical and electrical equipment, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and high-lift equipment, working in ducts, above ceilings, and in outside/inside/heat/cold/day/night conditions; use hand tools, laptop (Microsoft proficient), email, smartphone, and tablet; carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 75 pounds unassisted
+ Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
+ Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
