Responsible for leading the CLS Immunoassay Commercial Product Quality (CPQ) Team responsible for complaint handling, medical device reporting and Field Action activities for Atellica IM, Atellica CI and ADVIA Centaur assays. This role is responsible for developing and executing organizational strategies, processes, goals, and metrics that drive measurable improvements in complaint handling, product quality, and customer satisfaction. This role leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance the customer experience, reduce quality issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
This role is fully remote, preferably within US East Coast.
Responsibilities
Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for post market topics, processes and tools.
Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Drive product safety, product quality, and customer satisfaction related decisions, with appropriate authority (both data-based and risk-assessment-based decisions).
Establish short- and long-term goals to improve complaint resolution, product reliability, and customer satisfaction.
On time reporting of medical device reports.
Addressing FDA and other NCA concerns with product recalls to achieve the best outcome (regarding recall classification and where applicable, continued product availability).
Training and development of group members to satisfactorily complete their job activities and career aspirations.
Ensuring group members have product and regulatory knowledge to perform their jobs compliantly.
Driving continuous improvement and excellence in results for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus.
Developing and supporting digitalization strategies for CPQ
IVDR Plans and Reports for associated product lines

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage people.
Direct experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry.
Strong communication (written, oral, and listening) and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience covering post market topics in front room external inspections (e.g., FDA, TUV, etc.).
Ability to balance heavy workload, customer needs, patient/operator health/safety and regulatory compliance.
Strong technical knowledge of supported product lines.
Experience:
Typically, 8+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of responsibilities as presented above. Detailed understanding of FDA 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 803, 21 CFR 806, ISO 13485, MDSAP, and EU IVDR requirements.
Experience in Quality Systems, MDRs and Field Action recommended.
Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
Willing to travel 20%
Education:
BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The base pay range for this position is:
Min $172,690 - Max $259,030
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Global Automation engineer providing expert level service and support to the Regional Units primarily for problem management and for more complex incident management of issues escalated by the Regional Support Organization (RSO). Working directly with in-house R&D and OEM service to ensure the solution will meet the service or end user's needs
Using proactive tools or data sets to target accounts for remedial action and work cross functionally to formulate an action plan that is implemented by the local support organizations.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Minimum 2-year degree in a technical discipline, Engineering preferred.
Project Management experience is a plus.

Respond to semi-complex second level service calls. Participate in the assessment of semi-complex product/equipment performance based on field support data and recommend modifications or improvements.

What is the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)?
The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) prepares you to support a wide range of businesses as a financial leader in our organization. You will learn what it takes to analyze and manage the financial aspects of a company ranked among the top 50 in sales in the world.
The FLDP is a two-year rotational program, three 8-month assignments, where participants will be exposed to corporate accounting, cost accounting, project controlling, financial analysis, performance controlling and reporting. You will receive mentoring from Siemens Healthineers' team of business leaders, gain access to and network with Siemens Healthineers senior decision-makers, and learn the overall strategy, systems, and accomplishments that make this company a global leader.
Completes a series of job rotations and project assignments designed to develop competencies in the area of finance. Assists in the creation of business segment budget, control policies and procedures, and coordinates implementation with other Siemens organizations. Assists in collecting and analyzing information relevant to a routine situation, makes risk assessments and identifies various options or alternatives. Assists in routine purchasing, administrative, and information services functions of the business segment. Assists in routine finance/accounting planning activities, assuring accurate record keeping and control accordance with Siemens Healthineers policies.
Upon completion of the program, graduates have transitioned into roles such as Financial Analyst, Staff Accountant, Business Process Specialist/Auditor, Credit Analyst, or Cost Accountant for Siemens Healthineers.

This role is part of a high-performing sales team and reports directly to the Regional Sales Director. You will work in close alignment with Automation, Coagulation, and Business Development Specialists, as well as Account Executives, to drive the strategic integration of digital and IT solutions into clinical laboratories. You'll also be partnered with our Healthcare Consulting team to shape customer roadmaps that create real operational and clinical value.
Key Responsibilities
Identify unmet need and create a broader IT ecosystem of solutions during both virtual and onsite customer engagements.
Call upon Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Chief Information Officer (CIO), including their teams at SVP, VP and Senior Director level, with target healthcare provider organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements.
Lead the co-development of detailed and actionable Statements of Work (SOWs) for digital integration initiatives.
Champion Siemens Healthineers' digital and IT portfolio, with every Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics Laboratory Solutions product portfolio to enhance IT capabilities with or without automation.
Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, uncovering operational pain points and aligning them with tailored digital solutions.
Identify information solutions with and provide solutions in partnership with Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer IT Laboratory Informatics System) and technical teams to co-develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for digital integrations within a customer environment through commercial contracts.
Lead strategy sessions with customers and internal teams to define digital transformation goals and map out scalable solutions.
Partner with the Healthcare Consulting team to identify optimization opportunities in lab workflows, staffing models, and data management strategies.
Support the sales team in driving demand for Siemens digital innovations, particularly in areas related to automation, connectivity, and informatics.
Develop compelling solution proposals and contribute to bid responses and RFPs with input from both sales and technical stakeholders.
Present complex solutions in a simple, engaging way to technical and non-technical stakeholders including IT, laboratory leadership, and health system executives.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless post-sale execution and long-term customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunity progress, and customer feedback using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Stay current with market trends, competitor activity, and customer expectations to influence digital strategy and commercial positioning.
Represent Siemens Healthineers at regional and national events, supporting our brand presence and thought leadership in diagnostics and digital health.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Diagnostics, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in digital healthcare, diagnostic IT, or enterprise software sales in a consultative capacity.
Familiarity with clinical laboratory operations, LIS systems, and automation workflows.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Proven experience developing solution proposals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and digital selling tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

The base pay range for this position is:
Min $107,200 - Max $160,800
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
